Based out of Indianapolis, Adam loves his Indiana Hoosiers. In addition to supporting his favorite teams, he also likes to participate in competitive activities like playing golf, basketball, or any other game. Adam believes in prioritizing self-care through morning routine and work-life balance to be effective and efficient in all aspects of life. He enjoys collaborating on projects and believes that different perspectives are necessary to identify the best solutions!

Prior to Incisive, Adam was a team lead and technical coordinator at Epic. Working on the web application technical services team he was the lead design representative for multiple projects and started a brand-new workgroup to provide best practices for Epic web application infrastructure to ensure high availability, easy integration, and security. As a Technical Coordinator for a large academic health system, he helped guide the organization from biennial to quarterly upgrades, strategize hardware transitions and third-party product upgrades, and consultant on other program strategies like VIP patients and regulatory requirements.

Adam spent time as a services manager for Scale Computing before coming back into healthcare where he launched multiple new service offerings for third party integrations, maximizing hardware performance, custom deployment strategies. Adam believes in long term solutions rather than short term fixes and is excited to help healthcare organizations with strategizing, implementing, and optimizing their offerings for lasting outcomes.
