Raised in Kansas City, Adrian is an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan at heart. Aside from spending a solid chunk of his free time with his two dogs, his enjoyment of travel and embracing new cultures has taken him all over the world. Adrian is a firm believer in maintaining a positive mindset and being adaptable, two principles that have helped him thrive in a remote work environment. Adrian lives by his routine, which of course includes a morning cup of coffee, and occasional breaks to play with his dogs!

‍While on the Senior Leadership team at Sagacious Consultants, Adrian successfully led the Business Development team alongside Incisive’s Co-Founder, John Freeman. Adrian's seasoned background in Healthcare IT and passion for problem solving pushed him to establish true partnerships with some of the nation's leading healthcare systems. He promoted an encouraging, yet competitive environment within his team.

‍Prior to Incisive, Adrian served as a Sales Leader at Accenture in the Health & Public Service division. Partnering with some of Accenture's largest clients on a multinational scale enabled Adrian to excel as an operational leader and cultivated his experience with management consulting and global healthcare. Now with Incisive, Adrian is excited to be on the forefront of the digital transformation of healthcare services. Adrian is focused on helping Incisive solve some of the most complex issues in healthcare IT by way of emerging technology with a holistic, solutions-based approach.
