Cara is a Chicago transplant who now calls Milwaukee home. As a mom of four kids, Cara spends most of her time away from work shuttling her kids to sports, helping with homework, and being their #1 fan. When she’s not working or covered with children, Cara enjoys cooking, exercising, listening to podcasts, reading, and spending time with her husband.

Cara started her career at Epic, serving as a project manager on the Willow Inpatient team. At Epic, Cara was passionate about training and worked with Pharmacy Directors to help them become engaged advocates for the success of their system. After a stint in Healthcare IT consulting, Cara joined Sagacious in 2015 as a Manager of Consultant Staffing and developed a talent for building high-touch relationships with the leading talent in the industry. Cara’s ability to build genuine relationships, attention to detail, and knowledge of Epic helped her to consistently deliver the best talent to leading healthcare organizations all over the world.

Prior to Incisive, Cara served as and Talent Fulfillment Specialist in Accenture’s Health and Public Service practice, where Cara continued to use her expertise to ensure that consultants in her practice were staffed to projects that allowed them to utilize their skills and expertise while continuing to grow as professionals. In 2021, Cara followed her passions and joined Accenture’s North America Inclusion & Diversity team where she supported the launch of Accenture’s ERG Platform, led the launch of Accenture’s ERG Mentoring Platform, supported ERG Mentoring programs and professional development opportunities, and supported I&D training programs.

Now at Incisive, Cara is excited to return to her roots in healthcare IT and is thrilled to partner with our clients to consistently deliver top-tier talent to help digitally transform healthcare organizations.
