Based out of Houston, Jessica brightens any room with contagious energy and thought-stimulating ideas. Her love for animals hasn’t quite pushed her to adopt one just yet…but when she does, it will be a kitten for sure! She enjoys the balance of motherhood with frequent weekend hiking trips or playing board games with friends overtaken with great laughs. Now completely remote, Jessica enjoys the ability to actively collaborate with her husband who is also an entrepreneur. 

Prior to Incisive, Jessica served as Chief Operating Officer at Vetted Placements where she developed and led operations and managed talent acquisition. She thrived at empowering her teammates and challenging them to optimize their potential. She also led Risk Management at PayPal/Braintree which refined her experience assessing and guiding strategy on a large scale. Jessica was at GE Capital and American Airlines prior to Paypal.

At Incisive, Jessica is focused on developing and executing operational strategy and growth. She aims to inspire women to take on leadership roles and continues to develop and foster the forward-thinking culture at Incisive.
