After earning his Master in Public Health, Nikhil started his career at Epic Systems as a project manager on the Healthy Planet implementation team. Nikhil is a seasoned public health professional and is passionate about the intersection between healthcare and technology.

Nikhil led Epic's largest Healthy Planet/Claims Data Aggregation project at Trinity Health, where his team brought together 100+ unique paid claims data sources to meet Trinity's enterprise population health strategy. As the Healthy Planet Install Planning Lead, Nikhil worked with directors, vice presidents, and C-suite executives to develop a population health strategic vision and identify how Epic could be used to support value-based care initiatives.

Prior to starting at Incisive, Nikhil worked as a government contractor at the Department of Health and Human Services and managed the implementation of IT solutions to mitigate operational friction with legacy systems. Nikhil joined Incisive to help our clients leverage their existing Epic investments to drive improved population health outcomes.

Based out of Washington, D.C., you'll often find Nikhil on a run along the National Mall or the Anacostia River. In their free time, Nikhil and his wife enjoy cooking dinner together, visiting local wineries, and going on long walks with their Miniature Australian Shepherd. On a rainy day, Nikhil enjoys reading (favorite books include The Namesake, Shoe Dog, and Cold Mountain) or watching movies.
