Now based in Austin, Shane is enjoying the excitement of being an entrepreneur balanced with fatherhood, and is most likely on a conference call with his children playing in the background at this very moment! A supporter of electric cars over gas, an avid cycler, and outside of parenting can oftentimes be caught either playing tennis or managing his online real estate venture on the weekends – take your pick! After launching the nonprofit organization SLĀ Foundation, Shane and his wife Lisa are on a mission to inspire tomorrow’s generation using the power of storytelling.

Prior to Incisive, Shane worked at Epic Systems on the Revenue Cycle/Patient Access implementation team. After leaving Epic, he launched Sagacious Consultants in 2009 based out of Kansas City, MO. As a former-Epic based team, Shane quickly grew Sagacious to be the leading Epic consultancy, supporting health systems across the US and was deemed Top 100 Places to Work in Healthcare, earning many Best in KLAS rankings. In 2015 Sagacious was acquired by Accenture (NYSE: ACN), the largest consulting firm in the world. 

Present day, Shane is a serial entrepreneur with successful ventures in healthcare, consulting, real estate, software, and philanthropy. At Incisive as VP of Strategy and Growth, Shane brings his industry experience and Epic expertise to drive innovation and long-term development to enable the company to better guide clients through their digital transformation and system optimization.
